Senior Financial Analyst: Mergers and acquisitions
Location: New York, NY
Performs: financial analysis and company evaluations, using precedent transactions, public comparables and discounted cash flow. Develops complex financial models (including mergers and acquisition, leveraged buyout and ability to pay analysis) to predict implications of financial structures, macro trends and projection assumptions. Advises senior management regarding acquisitions. Leads the structuring and execution of M&A, equity and debt financing transactions and works closely with internal and external senior executives.
Required: Master’s degree in business, finance or a related field, plus 24 months work experience in job offered or in business, finance, investment or investment banking, Must have Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certificate and work experience in developing complex financial models to predict the implication of financial structures, macro trends and projection assumptions.
Commitment: 40 hours per week; daytime shift.Compensation: $200,000 per year
